The Missouri Constitutional Defense Fund seeks to reimburse plaintiffs’ counsel for costs associated with bringing Manzara and Marquard v. State of Missouri to trial. Travel, exhibit production, legal research, and the invaluable resource of time are the primary costs that the legal fund must meet. This is a public interest legal action that seeks to protect the interests of Missouri taxpayers.
